Bio:
Matthew Gier is a practical and goal-oriented tactical manager with over 20 years of multi-industry experience specializing in project and product management. Matthew is skilled in staff training and mentoring, research and analysis, strategic planning, change management, stakeholder relations, program development, and process improvement for companies such as AT&T, Panduit, and MetroNet.  Matthew has served in higher-ed for various universities across the U.S. as an Adjunct Faculty teaching business and management courses, as well as providing consulting services for program design and course development.

Matthew earned his Ph.D. in global leadership from Indiana Tech and an MBA with a concentration in organizational management from Â鶹¾«Æ·ÊÓƵ. He is also a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).  Additional certifications earned by Matthew include Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS), 6 Sigma Green Belt, and Lean.
