QTrak Package Delivery System
In an effort to make our package handling and delivery process more efficient we started utilizing the QTrak Package Delivery System. This system enables us to use hand-helddevicesto scan, track, and provide alerts about your packages in real time. You will receive these communications via email. However, if you prefer you can also choose to receive the notifications as a text message. To do so you will need to have a Mailroom Staff member manually input your cellular number into the system so that text messages can be sent.
When you place orders with the various vendors or delivery companies normally you will be notified by the company when your package arrives at 1312 Enterprise Drive Unit J or at the US Post Office. If your package is delivered to 1312 Enterprise Drive Unit J it will be scanned in by a clerk and designated for delivery to the Mailroom. Once your package is delivered to the Mailroom, it will be scanned by a Mailroom Staff member and you will receive a notification that your package is ready for pickup. The package will then be placed in your assigned mailbox for you to pick up.
If your package was delivered to the US Post Office you will only receive one notification from our Mailroom Staff. The notification will be sent when they check in your package and place it in your assigned mailbox.
Regardless of the initial delivery site when you arrive to pick up your package it will be in your assigned mailbox. If the package is too large to fit in your mailbox you will still receive a package card in your mailbox and your package will be stored in the Mailroom until you arrive and show the clerk your Lewis Resident ID. We will scan your Lewis Resident ID as confirmation that you picked up your package. Â
It is important that when you place your order you include your name and mailbox number on the order so that this is provided on the package’s shipping label, and we can notify you in a timely manner.

How long should I wait for my package to be delivered once in route?
You should not head to the Mailroom until you receive a notification from the Mailroom that your package is ready to be picked up.
